How do you make sure that payments can be made securely?

Any debit or credit card transactions are processed securely via Shopify payments. You can also pay securely via PayPal.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £25, within mainland UK. For orders of £25 and under, standard delivery to mainland UK is £2.95. International delivery is £20.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

For a mainland UK standard address, please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered.

Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 7 working days (e.g. the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight).

For international delivery, the time taken for your order to arrive will vary depending on your location. We will send you a Hermes tracking number for you to track your parcel. 

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is posted, we will send you a Hermes tracking number via email. This will allow you to track the location of your parcel at any given time.

Is there a limit on how many free items I can select?

We aim to make these items readily available to all customers. Therefore we request that only one free item is selected per order. If more than one free item is selected, we will post your first selected item.

Will I need to pay delivery for free items?

You can include free items in an existing order of saleable goods and no additional delivery cost will be applied.

On orders of free items only, our standard delivery cost applies. Please note: We can send one free item only per order.

What is your returns policy?

We really hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied; we will offer a refund or exchange on items returned within 28 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please send back your item unused and in the original packaging with your proof of purchase. Please note: We cannot refund the postage cost and we cannot cover the cost of postage for you to return your item.
